🔁 Returns Window

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item.
  • Your return label must be created and used within this 14-day period.
  • Labels created but not used within this timeframe will be rejected.

💸 Refunds

  • Refunds are processed manually once your return is received.
  • Please allow up to 14 business days for processing.
  • Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

📦 Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • In original condition
  • With all tags attached
  • Security ribbon intact

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

⚠️ Special Care Items

  • Fur halterneck pieces and delicate fabrics must be handled with care.
  • Items must be returned in perfect condition to be accepted.

❌ Rejected Returns

  • If your return does not meet the required conditions, you will be notified via email.
  • If no response is received within 72 hours, the item will be returned to your original shipping address.
